How do I Mark a Location with a Magellin eXplorist 210 Handheld GPS?

I am fairly new to the Geocaching Scene and would like to hide a few of my own but I have lost the Manual that goes with my Hand held GPS and need to figure out how to find the correct cordinates.

1. while in map mode at the location you want to mark just hit the "mark" button that has a push pin label on it. Then just save that point of interest.
