What is the best handheld Garmin GPS system for under $300.?

For use on the trail as well as on the golf course. I own a nuvi 360 for the car, trying to find a good Garmin for the trail or golf course.

I have a Garmin Nuvi 200 and it cost $246 at Wal Mart. It has street maps and what not but for a specific trail and golf course map you'll need to buy a new map or map modification. At any rate the Nuvi is a light weight, easy to use tool.
Maybe check out Magellan I have a explorist 600, it is a pretty nice unit right around $300.
