which handheld gps is the best model for the price. Where can I find and compare prices.?

I am looking for a gps that I can use for geocaching. The gps needs to have uploadable maps that I can create and use. The price needs to be no more than $350

1. From what I hear the Garmin 60csx is the "gold" standard for geocaching. I know nothing about Magellans. I hope to purchase a 60 csx soon
