Best handheld GPS for International Travel?

I am traveling to Africa this summer and wanted to know what the best GSP would be, I need one that will be cheap, but work great. I just want to be able to know where I am and maybe be able to use it for turn-by-turn when I get back intop the states.

1. Garmin is a great GPS manufacturer! I would recommend either the C330 or even the C550 if you want street names voiced by the GPS.
